The Recovery Dock was created from a shared passion for outdoor adventure and water sports – particularly stand-up paddleboarding.
After discovering the experience of combining sauna heat with cold-water immersion, Rebecca and the team wanted to find a way of sharing it with others.
The Recovery Dock was created as a mobile contrast-therapy experience that could travel directly to the places and communities they already loved.
