Hi! We’re John and Kimberley — co-founders of H3O Beach Saunas. Based along the stunning coastlines of Sunderland and South Shields, we’re passionate about making sauna and cold water therapy accessible to everyone.
We believe in the power of nature, contrast therapy, and community. Whether it’s sunrise on the sand, a plunge in the North Sea, or the glow of a moonlit sauna, we’re here to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and the elements.

We use the PortaSauna HEXXL, a spacious, wood-fired sauna built for coastal comfort. Set just steps from the sea, our beachside sauna experiences are all about balance — the heat, the cold, the calm, the buzz.
