Welcome to Hehku Wild Wellbeing, a mobile sauna and wild wellness business founded by Kerry Wheeler in the heart of Somerset. Inspired by her personal journey with cold water swimming and outdoor living, Kerry created Hehku to help others find warmth, calm, and connection through nature-based contrast therapy.
From lakeside sessions to private hire, Hehku is about creating meaningful moments outdoors — combining cold water immersion with the deep, wood-fired heat of our PortaSauna HEX.
