Welcome to LOVE PARK Sauna
LOVE PARK is an indoor skatepark in Falmouth built around community, creativity, and wellbeing. The sauna was introduced as an extension of that mission, supporting both physical recovery and mental health for skaters, locals, and visitors alike.
Run by Eddie and the LOVE PARK team, the space is designed to be accessible, relaxed, and community led. Whether you are coming off a skate session, looking to unwind in the evening, or simply seeking a quiet moment of warmth and calm, the sauna is open to everyone.
The sauna experience
LOVE PARK Sauna is powered by a PortaSauna KABINXL, a spacious wood fired sauna built for consistent heat and comfort. Located within the skatepark environment, the sauna offers a unique contrast between high energy movement and deep rest.
The space is intentionally simple and grounded, allowing guests to focus on heat, breath, and recovery without distraction.

Plunge and Sauna

Sunset and Night Sauna
Evening sessions designed to help you slow down after the day, unwind, and switch off.
Silent Sauna
Quiet, phone free sessions with minimal talking, offering space for reflection and mental clarity.

£10 per hour for open sessions
