SaltHouse Sauna is owned and run by Hope, whose connection to the sea has always been a source of calm, grounding, and perspective.
Spending time by the coast has long been her way of finding stillness and clarity, and SaltHouse Sauna was created to share that feeling with others. These sessions are about slowing down, tuning back into your body, and experiencing the openness of the coastline while enjoying a truly wild sauna.
Whether you arrive at sunrise, as the light breaks over the water, or in the quiet glow of sunset or nightfall, SaltHouse Sauna offers space to pause and reset.
THE SAUNA
The sauna experience
SaltHouse Sauna operates from a PortaSauna KABINXL, a spacious wood fired sauna designed for outdoor coastal use. Heated by fire and set directly by the sea, the sauna delivers a deep, traditional heat while allowing you to remain fully connected to your surroundings.
Between rounds, guests are encouraged to step outside, cool down naturally in the sea air, and take in the sound and movement of the coastline.
This is sauna in its simplest and most grounding form.
