Welcome to Secret Sauna Club, a mobile wild sauna experience run by Joe Meehan. Born out of a love for cold water dips and the deep stillness of the sauna, Secret Sauna Club brings people together in wild and wonderful places across the Midlands – from urban gyms to rural hideaways.
Using a wood-fired PortaSauna HEX and an ice-cold plunge pool, Joe delivers more than just heat and chill — he creates the conditions for connection, calm, and community.

Our sauna is fully mobile, allowing us to pop up across Derby, Nottingham, and the wider Midlands. From forest clearings and lakesides to sports centres and back gardens — if there’s space for the sauna and a bit of sky overhead, we’re ready to light the fire.
