How a booking works

Enquire: Tell us your date, location and group size.

Plan: We confirm access, water source for plunge, and session timings.

Set up: We arrive, set up the HEX PortaSauna and PortaPlunge, and manage heat.

Relax: Rotate heat and cold cycles with optional guided protocols.

Pack down: We leave your space as we found it.

Typical footprint: A small garden, driveway or level outdoor space is perfect. We will confirm exact requirements during enquiry.
