Do you ship overseas?

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your returns policy?

Do your accessories come with a warranty?
Yes. PortaSauna accessories are covered against manufacturing faults. Warranty cover does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by incorrect storage or use. If you believe there is an issue with your item, contact us and we will help.
