Welcome to Degadow Saunas, run by Hannah and Craig in beautiful Cornwall. Degadow means “portable” in Cornish. We bring a cosy KABIN PortaSauna and plunge pool to beaches, coves and private locations so you can enjoy sunrise steam, sunset resets and calm, silent sessions by the sea.

About us

Hey. We are Hannah and Craig, a young couple based in Cornwall with our dog Lily. We love staying active and leaning into all things wellness. That is why we started hiring out our portable sauna and plunge pool. Our goal is simple. Make authentic heat and cold easy to access and enjoy by the sea.

How it works

Enquire with preferred date, location and group size.

Plan the session style. Sunrise, sunset, silent or guided meditation.

Set up on site. We manage the wood fired heat and the plunge.

Experience your cycles of heat and cold.

Pack down and leave the site as we found it.

Space needed: A level outdoor area with safe access. We confirm footprint and logistics when you enquire.
