How a session works
- Enquire with date, location and group size.
- Plan your experience: choose sauna style, breathwork, yoga or sound bath.
- Set up on site. We manage the wood-fired heat and plunge.
- Experience guided cycles of heat, breath and cold as desired.
- Pack down with the site left as found.
